C.Marie Sweets // Can you even with these cake details?! It literally took my breath away when I saw C.Marie Sweets make our vision come to life. And nothing says, everlasting like getting that sweet sweet slice of cake from your one true love all over your face! I only had to meet with Christine one time to share my inspiration for this cake and she totally nailed it. Not only did it turn out incredible, but it tasted as good as it looks! We went with lemon cake and lemon filling for our flavors. We also decided to do a dummy cake with a piece cut out in the back since the design was so intricate. We left it on display and we had fresh cut, individual pieces of it in the back for our guests. As a side note, Christine and I connected from the moment we met. She was so sweet and I loved that she started this business of hers from scratch. How fun it was supporting other local female owned businesses!
The Social Llama // Is there anything cuter than a donut wall and a candy display? If you know me, you know my love for sweets. Instead of doing a takeaway treat at the tables, we opted for a candy display as a takeaway for guests. I’m not sure how the Social Llama made this bar & wall so insanely cute, but I was absolutely thrilled with their concept. Oh, and our guests were too!! I am STILL hearing about how delicious these donuts were and how everyone grabbed a few to take back to their room for a late night treat. The Social Llama does everything from birthday parties to weddings and they have no limits on design. Make sure to follow them on Instagram because they do the most creative displays and have great inspo for entertaining!!
Susan Moss Cooper // I just want to take a minute and give a huge thanks to the beautiful Susan Moss Cooper. She was posted up in the corner of our reception doing a live painting of the scene — I mean, how magical is that?! In one instant we would be talking to our guests and there was just a canvas, the next moment we are dancing away to see the whole moment captured surreally with impeccable detail and craftsmanship. Because her work is so detailed, she also photographs everything and the people you want included in the painting. Then after the event, you meet with her to see the progress before she completes the painting. I am so ecstatic to see the final product that will forever be hanging in our home to remember one of the most important moments of our lives. If there is ever a time you need to get your special moments painted on canvas, she is the person to call.
Lushra // If you know, you know. Lushra is the best balloon installation vendor in the Dallas area. If you aren’t following them on Instagram, trust me, you need to. They give you all the fun event inspo and do the most insane installations. If you saw photos from my bridal shower, they did the balloons for that as well and I absolutely loved!! Although we just did a simple white arch for the wedding, the varying size of balloons gave it dimension and this really made a statement walking into our cocktail hour.
Photo Cabana // What do you do when you want to have the best photo booth for your event? YOU HAVE TO HIT UP PHOTO CABANA! They were extremely professional and patient with all of our guests giving us plenty of silly props to play around with and amazing quality to make this night picture perfect! We loved the custom props they surprised us with — Team Karen or Team Sage 🙂 We wanted to do black & white photos to play along with the neutral colors of our wedding and the black tie theme. However, you can do color photos and they have plenty of options to choose for backgrounds. This is such a great way for your guests to remember the night with you!
This marks the end of our wedding vendor recap! I hope you guys enjoyed this series and seeing a peek into all the details of our wedding. I will be sharing a few other things in future #weddingwednesday posts, but for now feel free to ask any additional questions in the comments below!
XO.

06.01.19This was the most spectacular and magical evening I’ve ever seen. Words are not enough to describe it – I tell people you’d have to be there to see it yourself.
