WHITEOUT + SENTIMENTAL STORY & $1320 Nordstrom Gift Card Giveaway

I love a good whiteout moment. I mean it’s everything…classic, chic, sexy, and feminine. It seems like every time I find a white dress or romper I really love though, it’s always when I’m looking for something to wear to a bridal shower, bachelorette party, wedding, etc. SIDE NOTE: major pet peeve & faux pax. If you don’t know, now you know….do not be that girl that shows up to one (any) of those ^^ occasions wearing white).
This however, was not one of those times and I scored this white romper for only $100. Is it not so precious?! I’m just telling you…if you’re a bride-to-be, you should be all over this like a duck on a june bug because it also comes in a dress version and they both will work for any occasion — engagement photos, bridal shower, bachelorette party, lingerie shower, couples shower, (did I get them all?) you name it!

Ok speaking of whiteout & brides, a sentimental side note: My sister got married a couple years ago and she had an all white wedding. It was the most beautiful thing. So unique because all of the bridesmaids were in floor length white dresses, but y’all she was the most thoughtful bride!! First, these GORGEOUS shoes….she asked each of her bridesmaids to be in her wedding by sending them a pair of these shoes with a cute little poem inside. We wore them in the wedding and as you can see I’m still putting them to use for special occasions today. Also, this little white beaded bag is so meaningful to me. She handpicked 4 different white beaded bags from a local vintage store to gift our mom, maid of honor (me), mother-in-law, and sister-in-law. Each of them were very different and tailored to our individual styles, so I’m always reminded of that when I wear it 🙂

Clearly I’m going full femme on you guys this week…but on occasion, that’s completely necessary for me. Happy Friday and thanks for reading! XO
