My most frequently asked question — “how do you stay so fit”? Undeniably, part of it is genetics and the fact I am a former collegiate athlete, but the other part is maintaining a healthy lifestyle by staying active and making good eating choices (most of the time). At the end of the day I personally believe it comes down to simply making this part of your life a priority and also finding a healthy balance. Every body is different so you have to find what works for you. Personally, I have found that if I can make time for getting to the gym at least 3 days per week and maintain a healthy eating regimen Monday-Friday, I can afford to take time to myself on the weekends and splurge on a meal or two. Also, it sounds kind of silly but the better I feel about the way I look (outfit) when going to the gym, the more motivated I am. Hey…whatever works!! Anyone else?

As you can probably tell by now, Bandier is my go-to shop for active wear these days. I just haven’t found anything else that beats the variety or where fashion meets function. I have worn this outfit to yoga, on the plane to Paris (wearing this Paris sweatshirt of course), a cardio session, and out running errands with a lightweight jacket. My point is, you can wear it anywhere. I love all Bandier has to offer but this matching set in particular is SO FREAKING COMFORTABLE. The material is like butter and so flattering on the body. The sizes are limited in this color now, but I’m obsessed with the new gray color this sports bra comes in and the matching color block leggings ! Probably adding it to my wardrobe a well because I seriously can’t get enough of the Heroine Sport collection.
