Going to the state fair as an adult is just as good (if not better) as it was when I was a kid! Playing work hooky and going as a family every year never gets old 🙂 If you follow me on snapchat (username: scoralli) you know our family get togethers make for pure entertainment and laughter.

This was an unexpected/impromptu shoot, but I wanted to share it with you guys as I feel like there’s more to be said here aside from the cute workout outfit 🙂 I get asked all the time about how I stay fit & what I do for my workouts or nutrition. My philosophy on this is pretty simple; you know yourself and your body better than anyone else does. Do what works for YOU. Stay active (some form of exercise 3-4 days/week), maintain a healthy diet, and treat yourself on occasion.

Yes…I had all the bad food & beer you could think of while at the fair, but come the following morning I was back on my game by having a smoothie and herbal tea for breakfast. Just remember…the more you deprive yourself, the more you will crave bad things. Treat yourself on occasion and create the balanced lifestyle that works for you!

P.S. Thanks to my roommates, I’ve just been convinced to run my first 1/2 marathon in December. More fitness outfit posts and info on my training will be coming soon 🙂

XO!
