After my last post I did on how I stay fit, you guys asked if I could start sharing my workouts and what I actually do at the gym so I am going to be making more of an effort to do so! Since going full-time with my blog and working from home, its been a challenge for me to avoid getting lazy with my workouts. I signed up with Class Pass (#notsponsored) and have really enjoyed going to some of the different classes, but sometimes I don’t feel like driving to a gym/studio or participating in a class and just want to get a quick workout in at home. When doing so I always try to incorporate a mix of cardio & circuit bodyweight training, because for my body, that’s what makes me feel good. P.S. This is by far one of my favorite workout brands, ALO. The fabric on their pants covers every imperfection (even in the white) and they do the best job of shaping!!
